Why do we need to eat healthy food?

Eating healthy food will help you keep fit and it will help you stay alive.
You need to eat about 3 or 2 fruits a day and eat meat for dinner or lunch 2 or 1 time a week. We eat lollies 2 times a week. Your body needs different foods every day.
You need to eat fruit all the time and eat meat sometimes and lollies not that much. Food will give you energy like lightning.

You need to eat healthy food every day of the week and not lollies every week.
Fish is good for you. But you don’t eat fish all the time and it’s the same with lamb, beef and pork. Don’t eat it all the time.
We need to eat not too much but we need a lot of fruit, some meat and some lollies in our life.

Surfing

To surf you need a wetsuit and a surfboard and surf wax.
Then you need to find a good beach when you go to the beach.
When you’re there, you need to wax your board and get in your wetsuit.
Then get in the water and patil and look for a good wave when you have a good wave you do 3 paddles.
When you’re on the wave wait then stand up.
When you’re standing up you can grab the side and lean a bit.
Then to do ten toes at the front of the board. Put your toes off the front of the board.
